Our "On-Site HIPAA Privacy Compliance Implementation" assists you in meeting the compliance requirements of the HIPAA Privacy regulations. We will conduct a gap analysis of  your practice and design your compliance plan based on the results. We will then work with you and your practice manager to develop the policies and procedures needed to implement the Privacy rule requirements within your practice, or you can purchase our "ready-to-go" policies. We will also provide your entire staff with an overview of the HIPAA regulations as well as the required training regarding the policies and procedures you are implementing to comply with the Privacy rule.  

Security Rule Compliance Support

Now that the final Security rule has been published, it is time to start your preparations toward compliance by April 20, 2005.

To assist you in meeting the compliance requirements of the Security rule, we can conduct the required  risk analysis of your practice and assess the vulnerabilities and impacts of potential security violations on your practice and computer systems. We can also prepare your required Contingency Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Data Back-up Plan, as well as the written policies required to implement the elements of  the Security rule within your practice.
